Elyxs and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Loqu, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your flashcards and personal learning data remain your property.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Elyxs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our AI responses will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. Language learning results may vary.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loqu, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Elyxs.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Elyxs at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
